SOME DO’S & DON’TS FOR YOUR  HOOPINI® COMFORT FITNESS HOOPS® 

DON’T : 

- leave in a hot vehicle & then try to hoop with it right away. Let it cool on a flat surface first. Likewise if in   a cold vehicle, let Hoopini® warm up before hoopin’. 

- leave out in the sun when not using

- hang on a hook or lean against a sharp object. The foam will compress & leave a dent.

- leave for long periods of time on end on a smooth floor. The outer side of hoop will flatten, so rotate. 

- hoop near open doors, corners, decks or any sharp objects as this will make a boo boo on your hoop.

- worry if you get a boo boo, it can be patched.

- hoop on asphalt, rocks, etc. it will scuff or shred the tape.

- be afraid to try all kinds of moves with your hoop.

- ever give up

DO : 

- check with your doctor before starting any new exercise activity.  You are hoopin’ at your own risk  & are   assuming any or all injury that may occur while or from hoopin’.

- understand that you may experience some bruising even though the Hoopini® is padded, it’s going  around the same area repeatedly.  This goes away. 

- wash your hoop with a washcloth & water w/very little dish soap in it when it gets kind of dirty, a  baby wipe works in a pinch too. For really ground in dirt, use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. 

- be aware that house plants, lamps & animals do get knocked over when an oversized hoop comes  flying at them.  :) 

- hoop with your tummy tense, as if some one is going to tickle you.

- challenge yourself to hoop just a little longer than the day before.

- hoop in both directions for equal  amounts of time

- have an absolute riot with your hoop.
